We have been extremely happy with the care that Avi has received at Magic – he has positively thrived under the care of your wonderful staff...
Our wonderful staff are key to the success of Magic. With positive leadership by our experienced nursery managers, our staff team is committed to creating a healthy, happy environment for all our children.
Both our managers have a wealth of experience in the pre- school sector and in managing early years settings. Christina at Whetstone has over 16 years experience and Geraldine at Finchley has over 14 years.
We select our staff for their experience, dedication and enthusiasm for working with young children. Many of our staff are well-qualified, early years professionals, while others are in the early stages of their careers, working towards childcare qualifications. We invest in regular training courses to keep all staff informed and up to date. This means that they work to the highest professional standards, bringing new ideas based on the latest thinking back to the nursery, and giving your child the best possible care and education.
Your child’s safety is as important to us as it is to you. All staff hold an Enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau check) and attend Child Protection training. We also aim to have as many staff as possible with a Food Hygiene Certificate and trained in First Aid.
