Every parent who comes through our doors has hopes and dreams for their child. You want the very best for your child and maybe you feel nervous about leaving them. We can ease your concerns, working alongside you, supporting you and providing the best quality childcare. Our aim is to make the transition for your child, and for you, as stress free as possible.
Every child who comes through our doors is allocated their own key person. The key person will get to know your child’s likes and dislikes, their comfort and sleep requirements, dietary requirements and their medical history.
Working together means your child benefits from the familiarity of their everyday routine. We plan for the individual needs of your child, providing a happy continuity between home and nursery. With this partnership, you can be confident that your child is in capable hands.
We offer two free settling in sessions for your child, to facilitate an easier transition between home and nursery. During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to share relevant information about your child and get to know the staff team. For added reassurance, we encourage our parents to call the nursery as many times as they like to check on their child’s well being. We have an open door policy and always welcome our parents’ views and opinions.
